How To’s:
The night before the event, fill the ice trays with water and place 2-3 pansies on top and place in the freezer. Next, place the pansies in the water and space them out to your liking. Place in the freezer overnight. When ready to use the pansy tray, remove the tray from the freezer and remove the rock/coins from the plastic cups. Pour a little hot water in the cup to remove it from the tray. Next place the prepared drinks with the pansy ice cubes on the tray and you are ready to serve your guests. I added a few fresh pansies to the tray as well.
