JMFLORA DESIGNS AT PRE-INAUGURAL EVENT
| In January I had the pleasure of working with Beka Nave of Innove Events and Paper….Beka is such a beautiful person….inside and out….and she called and asked if JMFlora would design the florals for the ‘Yes We Did‘ Pre-Inaugural Event, hosted by the Governor of Pennsylvania. Of course I said YES…and was doing the ‘Happy Dance’ immediately after hanging up the phone. So today I want to share the beautiful images sent to me by the talented and oh-so-sweet, Laura Luis of Three LIghts Photo…Laura is truly wonderful…I contacted her two days before the event and she came out to help us capture a little ‘history in the making’…Thank You Laura!!
Beka wanted to have an all white color palette and I mixed in hints of green and chocolate. This was my first time meeting Beka and she is AMAZING….we had a blast…now let’s check out a few of the ‘lovelies’ from JMFlora….Enjoy!! |

| I thought it would be really cute to incorporate the ‘Yes We Did‘ theme into the designs, so I asked Suann of Simple Song Design to make these cute little ‘Yes We Did‘ tags to hang from the manzanita branches and they were tied on with chocolate ribbons…and a special thanks to Maria at Ritzy Bee for picking them up and bringing them over……this arrangement would be great at your reception for the escort card table! |

This was one of my favorites……we filled a cylinder with coffee beans and white pinto beans…then we arranged white hydrangea…chocolate cymbidium orchids, white tulips, seeded eucalptus and fern curls in a separate container and placed it on top….we wanted to do something totally ‘out -of-the-box’ and fun…this arrangement went on one of the bar areas….don’t you just love the fern curls!! |

| These lovelies are a mix of white french tulips, ti leaves and horsetail….we lined the vases with the ti leaves and then wrapped the leaf around the vase and tied it with raffia…a very modern and chic look! |

And for some of the low centerpieces for the cocktail tables, we filled square vases with white hydrangea, white anemones and white ranunculus….then we wrapped the vases with ti leaves and secured the leaf with raffia. |

| The ‘WOW’ factor design…..about ninety-plus tulips over flowing in a clear vase (the botton of the vase filled with crystals) and we inserted curly willow branches throughout the tulips…(and I have to say a special thanks to my sweetie Steve…this arrangement was SO heavy and he probably had to move it about six times)! |
