| Happy Wednesday Guys…get ready to meet the sweetest couple…Mimi & Daniel…the moment I had a chance to view their wedding images, I started smiling…they both have the kind of smile that makes you smile…you know what I’m talking about…..and the images just kept getting sweeter and sweeter…yes, I’ll admit it…I wanted to be at their wedding! | Now let me tell you a little about Mimi & Daniel’s big day….they are truly a laid back kind of couple and check this out…the first time Mimi tried on her wedding dress was on the day of the wedding and wait, it gets better, Mimi forgot to bring her make up, so her girl friend made a quick trip to the corner drug store to buy some…Mimi didn’t sweat the small stuff at all…she’s totally my kind of bride!!
Mimi’s family is from Haiti, and Daniel’s from Spain. They met in New York through work and have built their lives together in Brooklyn. Daniel received his Masters degree from Columbia University, so it was a natural choice to get married on campus at Faculty House. The entire event, from the getting ready through the reception, took place in different rooms at the multi-level Faculty House. They had a lunch buffet reception (catered by Faculty House) and a short dance party, DJ’ed by Scratch Weddings. The gorgeous florals were designed by Patrick Martinez at City Iris and the beautiful cake designed by Ron Ben-Isreal…..let’s check out all the beautiful images captured by Christine….Enjoy!!
