REAL WEDDING: KATY & DREW

Say Hello to Nadine and Carina of Love Me Do Photography….what a cute name and so perfect for them…simply because they love what they do….and they are both AMAZING at capturing your wedding story.  I’m excited to share with you the wedding of Katy & Drew…..their wedding was captured by Carina and Amanda…Katy & Drew are The Bride’s Cafe ‘style couple’ today…and you will agree after checking out the ‘magazine worthy’ images sent over by Carina….Enjoy!

Katy shares a little ‘411’ with us……’Carina and Amanda did an AMAZING job photographing our wedding! We got married in a local park in Philly called Penn Treaty Park with a view of my favorite bridge, The Ben Franklin….growing up as a ‘Jersey Girl’, it was my routine into the city. The park wasn’t exactly legal but we had a really short ceremony that was performed by a former roommate.  Our reception was at an old church sanctuary (de-sanctified) connected to an art gallery, called Fliesher Art Memorial.

We wanted a small wedding but my Canadian family is too big and everyone HAD to be invited so we had close to 100…which I guess to some people is small.

Our vision was to spend as little money as possible on a one day event.  I am into vintage everything down to my engagement and wedding rings from the 20’s…..so, I wanted to have a vintage feel to my look.  Drew wanted to be comfortable and I wanted him to look good (which he does everyday)…anything dressier is just not him. Se we wanted a casual feel.  Most importantly we wanted our dogs there…Lorenza and Wyatt had to be included in the ceremony’.

Thanks SO much for stopping by Carina…….the images are beautiful and we look forward to your next visit at the cafe……guys, make sure you check out Love Me Do Photography’s blog site….lots of gorgeous ‘eye candy’……..and thanks Katy & Drew for sharing your special day with us….we wish you guys a lifetime of happiness and love!

Check back later guys for a beautiful North Carolina wedding…xoxo
