THE CAFE ‘HEARTS’ ERICA O’BRIEN CAKE DESIGN

Whenever I’m setting the florals up at a wedding, I’m always excited to see the wedding cake…it’s fun to see the couple’s style shown in all the details and the cake is truly a ‘major detail’!! Details really do make a wedding story come to life….and one of my favorite cake bakers and designers is the ever-so-sweet and talented, Erica O’Brien of Erica O’Brien Cake Design! Erica’s cakes are just so beautiful…I probably wouldn’t want to cut them….they are all simply GORGEOUS and I can only imagine how wonderful they taste….Erica’s beautiful cakes have been published in numerous wedding publications and on-line as well….I’m so excited to have her stop by and share a few of her lovely designs with us and they were all captured by some of our favorite photographers….Enjoy!!
