Shanni shares a little info with us……’Raffie and Isa come from a very diverse cultural background- she moved to America from Venezula 5 years ago, Raffie is Armenian and they met in a Persian church:) Despite being from different cultures, all three cultures value family, friends, and dancing more than any culture I’ve seen before. Venezulan culture forbids brides and grooms from seeing each other before the wedding and they had a night ceremony so it made portraits a little tricky, but all they cared about was dancing and having a good time! I just love when couples focus on what they find important- not what is ‘typical’ or ‘expected’. It was one crazy dance party!!!’ |
